I don't know whether or not this was confirmed but here's a more detailed list of Japanese trainees joining the show (cr. PRODUCE48UPDATE):

Meanwhile here's the list again of rumoured Korean trainees participating in the show (cr. diamaknae):

Note: (first name on the list of the second photo) It's Ahn Eun Jin, not Ahn Eui Jin (it's also more likely DIA's Eunjin as many speculates). Sorry for the mistrans!

It's best to not treat these lists as 100% true (even though some sites claim it's confirmed and whatnot) until Mnet releases the official profiles possibly in May. Nevertheless I will keep updating this book in case there are any further updates for this show.
