@xXHavocXx in future, there are humans and humans with powers called NEXT. and there's a channel called hero TV, they introduce hero's, who hv next powers and use them to bring down criminals. and they give points to each hero. tiger who is kinda clumsy and lack points had to partnered with Barnaby who is very good at fighting n has the same power as tiger. he's a mystery of sort. then a bigger criminal showed up who can be related to Barnaby's past and they try to find the truth together. it's kinda fun and action anime. really cool. only 25 episodes or so I think ^_^
