this is what I say to myself every morning:
          	
          	Kyra, You are beautiful. You are smart. You are kind. You are loyal. You are trustworthy. You are loving. You are motherly and you are an amazon. You will NOT let that bitch get to you. You will NOT fall to your knees. You will NOT let anyone breka you down. You will not fall today. Be YOU and nobody else, because that other person may just want to be you. You are different for a reason, god made you this way for a reason and everything will happen for a reason. You have amazing friends and you can try to trust them all. It will take a long time, but you will eventually trust them all. Be proud of being you and be happy.
