I'm 28, Canadian 🇨🇦
I'm a Chef, Psychologist, Writer, and mother to three children.  R.S.N ♡

I have my degree in the Culinary Arts and have been a Chef for over ten years now. I recently decided to take up my passion of writing, as it was something I've always wanted to do, but never thought I ever could. I hope the words that I write inspire you, heal you, or offer you some form of comfort, knowing you're not alone.
