I have wanted to be an author since I was thirteen. I wrote poems and small snippets about life and random musings. When I started dental school, I also tried to become serious about writing. My novel, Color of Rain, was started then. Between life, school, and work; I tried. Fifteen years ago, I got a writing coach and worked incessantly on the novel. 3 months and over 20 chapters into it, life punched me hard, very hard. I was drained of my words and my unfinished novel left me. This year, I'm making it my goal to read more and so far, so good. I've been staying true to myself and I figured it's time to open the old notes and document that contains 80,000+ words of Color of Rain. I want to share it with you all, chapter at a time. Looking for constructive criticism. I am hopeful this time around.
