Down-to-earth, friendly and good natured, Paul and Julie Anderson pride themselves on strong work ethic and determination. Being Sunshine Coast locals for over 30 years, Paul and Julie have seen a lot of changes on the Coast. They raised their three boys here, and in that time were actively involved in all of the boys' activities. Paul and Julie both play competition squash, and are a joint major sponsor on many of the squash competition events.

They have been property owners, developers, landlords and tenants, so they have a broad personal experience in all facets of real estate. In his time as a Civil Design Draftsman, Paul was part of the design team of Headland Park, Mountain Creek, Buderim Meadows and North Buderim subdivisions, just to name a few. Paul and Julie then went on to create Innovative Steel Detailing, a business specialising in fabrication workshop drawings for the steel industry. In this role, they employed ten staff. They completed many projects including Darwin Airport Expansion, Gold Coast University Hospital, Pelican Waters Shopping Centre and Kawana Shopping World extension. All this experience has allowed them to obtain a vast knowledge base for their real estate careers.
