@Bluewolf2491 Athena is alive. I apologize for not making this clear but Athena is the step mother. Their birth mother is dead. I'll go into a chapter later in the book that will make this clear. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Once again I apologize for the confusion.

Is Athena dead or alive? B/c it talks as if she is dead and hunter has to look at pics to tell that Derek looks like her. Then she runs out the door with hunters dad
