Shayne Damron

Shayne Damron is a highly accomplished drummer, known for his exceptional skills in the country, rock, and metal genres. He is the lead drummer in the popular band RAK-45, where he has been performing for the past decade, entertaining crowds with his electrifying beats.

Growing up in Texas, Shayne's love for classic rock was ignited by his father, who took him to various concerts, allowing him to explore and appreciate the genre. This led him to pursue his passion for drumming, which he learned at The University of Texas at Austin, where he mastered his favorite instrument.

Shayne is a professional drummer who uses DW classic and Gretch USA Custom Drums, Zildjian cymbals, Remo Drum Heads, and Promark sticks, which have contributed to his unique and dynamic sound. He draws inspiration from legendary musicians such as Van Halen, ZZ Top, Led Zeppelin, Garth Brooks, Brooks and Dunn, Foo Fighters, Rush, Def Leppard, and William Clark Green, among others.
