Alexus Smith

I have been writing for about six years now. It is my one true passion. I enjoy writing children's stories, science fiction novel, and horror novels. I like reading action, horror, science fiction, Young adult novels, manga and some creative non-fiction. Being a teen with a disability can be difficult at times, and writing is my form of self expression. I accept myself the way that I am, and I always try to see the good side to all things. I encourage teens like me with disabilities to love themselves and to chase their dreams with full force. "A disability is not a hindrance it is just a means to discover how to do things differently." I have big dreams of becoming a novelist one day, traveling the world, and writing stories with characters based  on the people I meet, and just seeing how people live their live. When I am not writing I love to play computer games, spend time with my animals outdoors, read, or hangout with friends. I love to bake sweets and telling stories to the little ones in my family. I love roses and things that most people consider "different." because I am just that. I am always daydreaming, and I am random. My favorite color is red, but I like cool blues and greens and purples. I am bubbly and I love to shop. I am optimistic and I like that strange, good kind of funny person who always knows how to make me smile.
