Is anyone else's tags fked up?? Like when you click on one only two or three books pop up and when you go to search and press a category all the books are in a different language?? anyone know how to fix it?

anyone know why wattpad won't let me publish the intro to this new story I'm writing?? It keeps say can't save now try again later or can't publish try again later. n like i write a lil shit just to see it it would publish that and it would so idk what's up:(
