: '* from a young age  ,  farye had an interest in the medical . once she was out of highschool  ,  she went to college to because a doctor . in which she succeeded . shortly after this , farye taken up interest in mutants & began to study them . wanting to be one . she worked with a program that successfully gave her the gifts of sense of diseases & illnesses . she then left the program after realizing that they killed mutants to give humam abilties . she left , but not before she let the captured mutants . farye then found the x - mansion , becoming a nurse there . as the doctor position was technically already taken . ;
