Happy Monday! 
          	
          	I have decided to put Goddess Awakened on hold for now. I've really lost my place with this story and feel like I need to go back to the very beginning and rewrite. 
          	
          	I am sorry to anyone that is reading but it will be a while until the next update on that story.

          Apologies for the lack of updates.
          
          Between a busy time at work, my laptop limping its way into retirement, and finally being caught by a cold, my motivation has been pretty low. 
          
          I’m starting the enjoyable job of transferring my apps and files to my new device so I hope to be back to posting very soon.

          I'm in the midst of NaNoWriMo - and failing - so I've been ignoring Goddess Awakened. I am pleased to announce that Chapter 9 is now live. I will try to get another chapter up a little sooner than the last update.
          
          I haven't done a proper read through just yet so I apologise for any typos.
          
          My NaNo project is going to need a lot of work so it likely won't be posted anytime soon. I will however keep you updated.

Happy Monday, Wattpadders! 
          
          Chapter 7 of Goddess Awakened is now live. It took a little longer than I wanted to write this chapter. 
          
          I have a few key scenes in my head but I'm struggling with the getting to. I will do my best to get the next update posted as soon as I can. 
          
          In the meantime, I have a new project I am really excited about. I am going to try and write a few chapters offline just to see if its going anywhere. But, as I'm already playing around on Canva with cover designs, I think we all know I'm probably going to post it.

Happy Sunday Wattpadders! 
          
          It's a bank holiday weekend here in the UK which means a longer weekend. So, of course, I'm planning to spend some extra time writing and reading.

@me2you804 Hi Kat! How are you? That reminds me ... some time ago I read an article that stated that the UK has more holidays than any other countries (yes, beats even where I am ... the US) LOL
            From your numerous Bank holidays, Guy Fawkes Day, Boxing Day and many others, your country is lucky!
            Anyway, I'm trying to finish up my Sci-Fi novel:Seeking an SOS: Behind the Scenes. It's the ongoing manuscript that I turned in for the Wattys. I need to finish it before the shortlist comes out. Almost there but not quite. I'm not recounting my words until I say The End. but I submitted 45 K so I ned 5k more.

Morning all, 
          
          As an update, I’m over halfway through the next chapter of Goddess Awakened. I had lots of ideas for this project but they seem to be hiding right now so it’s taking me longer to get back into the swing of things. 
          
          In the meantime, I have a new project that I’ve been thinking about for a while. It will be romance with some emotional upheaval (because my characters enjoy a bit of emotional torture). I’m hoping to get a few chapters in the bank before I start posting anything.  I’m still deciding on the title but I’ll hopefully have more details in the coming weeks.
