Every decade, the three elders meet to sign the treaty of Taedo, keeping war out of the lands. This year, the treaty is to be signed in Hell, home of The Devil and his family. However, an attack on the palace  sparks the threat of war again. To ensure this doesn't happen, Rouge Devil will do everything in her power to protect her people, even if it means marrying the man she despises.
