Maxim Poon Wong is a Chairman of the Board and Director at CCDA in Vancouver BC. CCDA is a non-profit, non-governmental organization. The organization vision is to see the disabled and vulnerable persons in the community have sufficient income and have the chance to improve their standard of living. We also work with different organizations dealing with disabled and vulnerable people in Cambodia.
