Hey you book badass mafia queen is so awesome. I know you have a storyline and imagine it developing . But it is just my little imagination fantasy I am suggesting of course your story your rule but I am way too eager. It depends on you if you want to use it or not I wouldn't get mast and enjoy your story nonetheless. 
          So here it goes
          American mafia tries to kill triplets but she saves her brother and then go to their father in italy . They merge Spanish and Italian mafia and live as a happy family as allies . And ofcourse allies with Russian mafia .. It is such a happy ending and i just have to write it  .
