I have read many novels in my 18 years on earth and all of them have impacted me for the better. Those authors have given me the opportunity to be inspired and learn constantly from others, whether it is fictional or not. You always take away something from a book. That is one of the reasons why I would like to write. To finally have the chance to make others feel the same way that many other authors have made me feel. Just one tiny impact is all it takes to change someone. I own a lot of books and can easily tell you what I have learnt/taken away from them. The one thing that they all have in common, is that they have all given me hope after I finish the last page. It sounds stupid I know, but books leave so much to the imagination, making the creativity flow. You are probably reading this and think I am a total nut job, and that's ok believe it or not. Because I am passionate about books and I am not going to let something or someone ruin my dream of giving back.
Thank you to all of the authors that have put their heart, soul and time into creating these platforms for us to express and learn from others. Who knew what a few pages with words on them, could do for humanity. Something that you can fit in your hand holds more of a story than spoken words can describe. Just please take a moment, not even for me but for yourself to sit and appreciate the feel of a good book. To appreciate that that book has been made for your eyes to read, to hopefully help you along the way.
