I know I said yesterday that I would post again soon, however I just got some pretty bad news, my grandfather has dementia and is deteriorating pretty rapidly, on top of that he had a fall last week and broke his arm and has been put in a nursing home. While I was planning on trying to update in the two week break I have from classes, writing has now fallen to the bottom of my list of priorities, I will still work on chapters while I can, but I don’t plan on having anything posted soon with everything going on.

Hey everyone, I promise I’m working on The Mystery Detective, I have the next chapter in progress, I decided to take a break from writing for a while to focus on school, college classes are tough, but I’m back now and will update ASAP!

I am aware it has been almost a year since I have last posted, I do feel very bad about the fact I have left you guys hanging for so long, I’ve had health issues and am currently trying to get a POTS diagnosis so I can be a little less miserable all the time and get treatment. Anyway, I currently have chapter 13 started, I will do my very best to work on it this week and get an update out soon. Please just bear with me right now and be patient while I go through this tough time.

I’m currently looking for a new horse, and I just saw one that looked exactly the same and is the exact same breed as the one we had to put down recently, dude, I’m a mess now, I’ve been bawling for the past half hour!

Hey lovely people!!  I just realized that I forgot to announce this on the last chapter that I posted, but the name of one of the dogs, Stryker, is inspired by another author, @sparkledinadaydream I give all credit to them for the name of the dog, I asked permission from them first before using the name, so don't come at me, but from now on, anytime I mention Stryker in a book, all credit goes to @sparkledinadaydream for the name.

          Just a little PSA on behalf of me and all other authors, please, please, please, try not to comment or message authors and say things like “update please” or “update soon” because it can really stress us out. Many of us are in school still, or college, or have jobs, along with our writing, and don't have lots of time to write or post outside of those things. Instead of telling or asking us to update, maybe ask something like “when will your next update be?” that way we don't feel as rushed to make updates.

Hey Beautiful People!!! I know I’ve been pretty MIA recently, that’s because I was on break and I just got back to school, so I don’t have as much time to write. I try to update at least every other week, but I’ll probably slow down a little bit now that I have other, more important things to focus on.
