hahahahahahahahahahaha I'M SORRY. It turns out that not writing for months and then forgetting whether or not you actually wrote that-part-you-were-thinking-about and having to go back and reread the previous chapters in your free time (when classes and homework take up 6+ hours of your day) before getting back into the groove of actually doing some writing is pretty damn difficult. I honestly don't know when the next chapter will be up but it will probably be the last week of summer since I have no classes and any unfinished summer assignments for the school year aren't going to be worked on at that point.
          
          I hope you're having a great summer, and again I'm sorry, but I'm just sort of overbooked and behind on homework. 
          
          P.S. The next chapter is a happy one don't worry about any more trauma for the time being. The boys are safe.

Happy 4th of July!! It's just been so long since I've written anything I'm gonna say screw it and try to actually put out content within the next week. I promised that the story would make it to spring and they've been stuck in winter for longer than I intended them to be, so as soon as the drunk people leave my house after fireworks I'll get right on that.

          Yes, it has in fact been nearly 4 months since I've updated. Believe me, it haunts me. But I have classes at my local college and summer assignments, so what can you do?   ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

          Sorry about not posting any chapters where stuff happens since, like, January. As any and all of you AP kids know, there is THREE WEEKS until exams and I have to get through about 600 pages of review books and practice tests, so I probably won't be able to update again util mid to late May. And here's the kicker: I'm also taking college classes over summer; granted, those will probably only take up 5-8 weeks of my time (depending on when the school decides to have the class), but I mean, still, it's a lot. 
          
          SO. This is my apology for almost no content during the winter and spring months and a preemptive apology about a very probable lack of content during the summer. I can't believe the support I'm getting and I am beyond grateful. I wish I could do more but it's simply not possible at the moment. :(

Hey guys, it's been a while so I thought you all deserved an update on just what the hell is going on.
          
          My grades aren't so great this year and my mom sort of flipped out about it and now is quite literally standing over my shoulder most of the time I'm on the computer to make sure I'm not messing around (ie writing fanfics, which she found a large unfinished stash of on my laptop while looking though it a couple of months ago). I haven't had any time to write, and even if I did, I wouldn't be able to with my mom watching my every move. The only reason I'm able to write this is because she went out to get some dinner. I'm not going to stop trying, though. I've typed up the next chapter bit by bit in the five to ten minute periods she leaves the house for, and while it isn't really "done"  I'm getting there. The next update might be in a day or two, it might be over winter break; I don't know.

          P.S. Sorry for the wait while I write. I know I kind of left you on a cliffhanger of sorts because the story arc was never finished. I'll finish it up soon.
