Hey guys so I want to put a message out there to help with trans people in your life.
          	1. One thing to help a trans person is to not mention their biological sex. As in say "I know you have a male/female body and are still going by your name and pronouns" Why. Why even mention the fact to us that our body is this way? It just makes dysforia more discomforting and frequent. A better way to state it to make a trans friend feel better "even though you were born with parts that you don't like, you are valid. You are valid with you name and pronouns, your gender."
          	2. I know it's natural to assume that girls have vaginas, and boys penis'. But obviously, the world is changing. People aren't just black and white anymore (not as in race, but metaphoric). So one thing you can do before you assume that and say something like 'I feel bad for girls, having periods' say something like 'I feel bad for all the people that have to suffer from bleeding genitals'.
          	3. Include the trans people in your life more to other people, telling them to go by the pronouns and name that's theirs. Get them out of the house if they have a hateful family. Make them feel more accepted in the world.
          	4. Whenever you introduce a trans person to someone (especially family) use their name. Please. It makes so much of the difference to help them feel better. And I don't mean dead name, but their actual name. Don't introduce them as their biological sex. Introduce them as the person they are.
          	5. And just simply except trans people for who they are. Tell them when they go in the wrong bathroom that things will change. Make them feel better about being Trans, and not so much as a deformity.
