When you are betrayed by the people who were supposed to love you unconditionally, where do you go?
It had been a hard year. A hard year of dodging and weaving thoughts and questions and even the other ninja themselves.
So what if he didn't want to be a Ninja anymore? After all, they seemed like they were doing fine without him. Hell, even his Ex turned out to have Elemental Powers.
But now he had a new calling. He just hoped the others would just stay out of his way.
After all, who cares what Zane would have wanted?
He was gone, and there was no chance in hell on bringing him back.
Unless.....
@kayla_gummy_bear This is uncannily similar to my book...except the focus seems to be Zane here. I'm excited to see where this goes.

Here is a little snippet to the next Jaya One shot! Lots of shenanigans are coming your way. I don't know when it will come out. I'm hoping later tonight, but we'll see.
Jay froze at the doorway, and slowly turned to look at the table to see the sea of curious eyes looking at him.
He thought about telling them the truth, but then he met Nya's eyes and he quickly turned away. He would NOT look at her. She would know. She would know, and she can't possibly know.
"I ummmm.... I have to get to my parents house." Jay mumbled.
"Jay?" Lloyd asked, clearly concerned if his voice was anything to go by.
Might as well run with it.
"There was an accident, and I need to get there. Sorry. I was just called." Jay finally said, trying to put on his best acting that he could.
Which, given that he did in fact have the best TV show in Ninjago for a solid 3 years, he knew he was good.
He did win 12 Oscars after all.
"Oh my god! Jay!" They all shouted, rushing over to him.
"Really, it's fine. I just need to get over there. Sorry for the late notice." Jay said with a shrug.
Really, he was freaking out that they were going to catch him in a lie.
And then he was upset that he was lying in the first place.
He felt a hand grab his and squeeze it, which caused him to look up from staring at the floor, only to meet the gaze of his Yang once again.
"Do you want me to come with you?" She asked, giving him a sympathetic smile.
He almost caved right there. He really did think about it. Thought about getting on his knees in front of everyone and groveling for her forgiveness. But, she didn't deserve that. What she deserved was for him to figure out this flipping item!
Hiii I love your books they actually inspired me to actually take the time to finish a book. I usually get so many ideas so I always start something new but then I never finish wrighting the ending. But I just read your jay book and OMG I love it. So this is kinda a promise to finished my if jay was Spider-Man re-wright book.
@NinjaAndgoarecool Thank you so much. I will say, I was much better at completing books in the earlier years of the account, but I'm glad that my work was able to give you the push you needed. I am sure what you write will be amazing. That is an interesting concept, so I can't wait to see what you do with it.

I hope you are all doing well. I just wanted to say thank you for sticking with me and my crazy posting schedule. I'm sure it is frustrating.
I am working currently on a new little writing project for Jaya that should hopefully get published at the end of this month as long as my health doesn't get in the way. It has been what I have been focusing on for the past couple of months, so I hope you guys enjoy it.
I have not quit Wattpad. I just can't update like I used to do, and I have been going through a lot of writers block and burnout, but I'm trying to ease back into it.
Thank you for all of the support. It really means a lot to me.

@kayla_gummy_bear Aww thank you, I can safely say the same about you. I get this year being really life-changing. It's easy to feel that you're at the beginning of a new era of your life, in a way. But whatever you decide to do, I'll always be here if you need someone to talk to. Best of luck! Like I said, I believe in you
@Dissmisery I'm trying to hang in there. And well, as I have said previously, I am going through a lot of life changes in general this year that have caused me to start re-evaluating my priorities. I don't know what is going to happen to this account right now when thinking about this year, but I am going to try to get at least this little project out and take it from there. I hope you are doing well. You have always been a very good friend and person to talk to.
You guys and your comments on my stories have really made me laugh for the past couple of days.
I honestly don't remember the last time I have really laughed like this.

I've been having a lot of fun reading everyone's stories. It really has filled the Jaya that I think that we all have been needing this year because lets be honest: It has been a tough year for Jaya.
Thank you to those who participated in Jaya week. I am so lucky to have gotten to do this again this year.

I am trying out this new scheduled publishing thing with Jaya week as I make my way through completing the prompts.
I noticed some people were saying that you will still get a notification, but not be able to access it. I'm not sure because I haven't messed with it before. I don't know if it will show up because it is a completely new book.
So, you may see what I title them, but nothing else if what I was seeing what happened with other authors in the past couple weeks hasn't changed. You'll have to wait until midnight starting September 1st to actually read the first one though.
