Justin Dye, Arizona principal of the Heritage Elementary school for many years, knew he had a passion for education since he worked for an after-school program. His career path led him to become a second-grade teacher at La Paloma Academy, where he was promoted to vice principal. While working at this school, he got his master's degree in education administration and became a principal.
