Hey everyone! I just wanted to inform you all about a very important cause. I am participating in Relay For Life for the third year in a role, and I would really appreciate your support! The funds I raise helps fund important cancer research, supports cancer patient programs and services, and goes toward other important activities that help save lives from cancer.

My grandmother, and my great grandmother had colon cancer. Colon cancer is cancer in the digestive tract's lower end, and is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in both men and women. It is also hereditary. Although, there are many different forms of cancer that is the form that has effected me.

I didn't learn that until last year, and when my grandmother had to have surgery two days after Christmas. I never fully understood how cancer effected families until then. Thankfully, she is now cancer free; and, thankfully, we now know that my mother's side is at a higher risk to develop colon cancer.

That is why Relay For Life is extraordinarily important to me. Any amount helps, little or small. If you can't donate, share. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
