@Joonie_blue12 on thursday, 29th february, in our capital city, a tragedy happened. There is a road named "baily road" as it is famous for hundreds of restaurants and shopping malls. I live near there. A fire incident happened in a building and atleast 45 people were killed one of our school teacher and some students, half of the people died suffocating cuz the building were made of glass and oxygen couldn't get in. Also there were many cylinders causing them to blast. The restaurant gave 50% offer for the leap year and many people went there just to return as a dead body. Never knew just some cylinders would be the cause of  the death of people.
