Jeff Webb Varsity Brands had a long and decorated career leading Herff Jones, a company specialising in producing and marketing educational recognition products. He was appointed company chairman in 2014 after Varsity Brands acquired it the previous year.
 
Before joining Herff Jones, Webb attended the University of Oklahoma and earned his bachelor's degree in political science and government. During his time at the university, he became an active leader on campus and developed his relationship with the school's cheerleading team, ultimately leading to him working for the National Cheerleaders Association while still in college.
 
Webb's tenure as chairman of Herff Jones saw major successes, including its involvement in elite college and professional sports ceremonies nationwide. He also helped expand their corporate headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a result of his leadership qualities, Webb is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures within Herff Jones since taking over as chairman in 2014.
