Hey there, good people! My current book, Power Play, is coming to an end shortly, and before I start on the third book in that series I wanted a change of pace. I have three ideas I'm batting around, but I'd love YOUR feedback on which one I write.
Tell me which of these ideas sounds the most interesting to you. Either leave a reply to this message on my profile, drop me a message, or send me a carrier pigeon. I'm easy.
ONE: Behind an ancient door is locked all the magical energy of the world, trapped there by mages long dead in the hopes of keeping the world safe. Now a creative but insecure high school student has been dreaming about the door, and when it’s unlocked he and his friends will have to fight their own out-of-control imaginations to keep from warping the very fabric of reality.
TWO: In the far future, Earth is a dingy tourist trap in the backwater of the galactic empire. An orphaned teenager, the last human on earth among a sea of aliens, leaves his homeworld to fulfill his mother’s dying wish and discover if any other humans are still alive elsewhere in the bizarre and often ridiculous galaxy.
THREE: In the aftermath of the Plague Wars, a skittish teenager wanders into a small wasteland town of Acid Spit, a wild-western town filled with outcasts and outlaws. He’s looking for work trying to blend in, but in his backpack are some disintegrating old comic books whose heroes share a secret with him that he may not be able to hide for long.
Thanks for any input you care to give, and have a most wonderful weekend!
