Jane Shoup

Hello! I'm an author published with Kensington and Diversion and just entering Indie world. What a challenging and interesting place it's proving to be. 

I just took a leap of faith and resigned from my real estate career to pursue writing full time. Giving up a salary was way-scary, but I am a mid-list author who aspires to be a best selling one. The key to that is exposure and finding my audience, so I'm excited about being here! I've written a lot of stuff in a lot of different genres, but my mainstay is historical adventure with romance. (And I am determined to see that become an official genre :) I have a wickedly active imagination that sometimes refuses to shut down for sleep, but most of the time, I'm grateful for it. So there is no telling what you may see pop up here, but I'm going to start with excerpts of my newest novels and my favorites. 

I look forward to learning what you like and what you think. I hope you'll become part of my audience and even bring a few friends.
