    In software engineering, pseudo-code is developed to create a structure for
    systems development of software.  The logical structure guides tools like 
    C++, Pascal, Unix, Windows, MacOS... to efficiently control development.

  Introduced here is Pseudo-Physics as a similar tool for framing the structure 
    of space-time manipulation development.  Pseudo-Physics is based upon 
    quantum causality.  Various tools such as mathematics, particle & newtonian
    physics, quantum mechanics & physics, and computer science will be used
    to construct "systems of experimentation" that differentially provide data to 
    correlate genetic algorithms and neural networks; to find seemingly abstract
    relationships which point to a common system of singularities (quantum 
    causality scalar constants).
