touta matsuda is his name and he's a detective
and a member of the japanese police task force.
he is a friendly and optimistic man who tries his
best to always look on the bright side of things,
even if there is no bright side. he is braver than
he looks and is almost always willing to put his
life on the line, even if he doesn't want to. though
he can sometimes be reckless and doesn't always
think before doing things which tends to cause
problems for the other task force members. other
than that, he's not a bad person at all and you'll
hardly ever see him with a frown, even when you
tell him to shut up or call him an idiot.
