In here, you'll find all of my rough drafts and final projects. 

I've always been passionate for writing and words.

I began writing at just four years old, but published my first book through Wattpad at just seventeen years old. This piece was coming from a period of time where I was beginning to find my purpose and heal. I wanted to express through a story what serenity has taught me. I decided to write with fictional characters and a made up plot, to integrate my healing journey and love for writing all into one. 

My second book, The Life of Wyatt Owens, I began writing at twenty years old. I felt a magnitude of inspiration out of no where to write a story about an average high school student going through a whole bunch of new challenges and hardships until he met Jesus. I didn't second guess this, I went straight into writing the book. It's been an interesting project, but it's been a blast. It's nothing that I'm used to writing, but that's what makes this even more fun. 


Advice to new writers:
•Relax, your writing style is unique and it's amazing! Don't critique it. No one else can write like you besides you... think about how neat that is.

•If you want people to read your work, write from the soul. The passion within you will energetically attract more lovely readers to appreciate your work.

•You want to write but you aren't feeling motivated? That's fine- you don't need motivation to write, you just need a good pen and some willpower. You got this! Pick up your pen and write away.
