@gilbertsconfused bro please don’t. It’s a very addicting thing and once you start it’s really hard to stop. Take it from me who’s desperately trying to stop, it’s not worth it. Please believe me on that. Just try to work out and balance your meals healthily but DONT go to the extent of starving yourself. If you need any help or advice pm me and don’t be embarrassed to ask <3
