Gertrude T. Kitty

Hi, I'm a married mum of four adult children.  I started writing about ten years ago when I became disabled and unable to work.  I had an agent and lost an agent.  Happy to chat about it, but don't want to bore anyone.  I love YA.  Before having teens I read either romance or thrillers, sometimes a horror.  My love of YA began in Waterstones; trying to find great books for my kids I'd read a few chapters and some would hook me and I'd just have to finish them.  If I'm not reading I'm writing or eating cake. 

I have two small rescue dogs, but I love cats too, all animals actually. 

I enjoy the cinema, I loved the new Dune and Batman, but still haven't gotten over James Bond. 

I love listening to Spotify's New Music Friday - I write to music. 

When I need a break from writing I love programs like Euphoria, The Sinner, It's A Sin, Drop Out. 

I'm of Irish descent and my work in progress is set in Ireland.  
My background image is my favourite place where my mum lives. 

My dream is to write a book that everyone loves.
