A full ZIP code is a number code used by postal services to make sure your mail gets to you on time. It's like a map that helps the post office know exactly where you live. 

You can easily find your ZIP code online through a zip code site. It's made up of five numbers, followed by a dash and four more numbers (called ZIP+4). These codes help the post office sort and send your mail efficiently. 

They're also used to study different areas and help with things like planning and research. Each ZIP code represents a different neighborhood or area.
