Michael Bañas

I am Michael A. Bañas, 26 years old, a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education and Master of Arts major in Social Science at Capiz State University with Thesis title, "TRAILING THE CULTURAL DIVERSITIES OF PILAR FOR SUSTAINABLE CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING". 

I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Education major in Social Science Education at Filamer Christian University (FCU), Roxas City. 

I am presently employed as a Senior High School Teacher II at SDO Capiz-Marciano M. Patricio National High School teaching Humanities and Social Science Subjects. I am also designated as the School Coordinator of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, provincial winning Coach for Basketball, Regional Writer of Learning Activity Sheets in Araling Panlipunan of DepEd Region VI, and a Test Item Bank Developer of the DepEd Capiz Division.

Prior to my employment in the said school, right after I graduated in college, I was admitted as a classroom teacher and at the same time, the Outfit Advisor of Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Coach for Taekwondo, and provincial winning Coach in Table Tennis at St. Mary's Academy of Capiz, Roxas City in school year 2016-2017. 

I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) on September 25, 2016, and eventually became one of the National Lecturers in Social Science of Dr. Carl E. Balita Review Center since 2017. I render lectures, reviews, and final coaching for LET in Cebu, Dumaguete, Roxas, Kalibo, Iloilo, and Antique.
