I'm going to take down my story for a while and try to rework it. I set it up to go in a direction that I don't want to take it in. The first four chapters or so won't change much and the underlying theme will stay the same, but the way I've written it doesn't quite feel right. I beg your patience if you're waiting for more but I will re-post it someday.

Well, my story is practically done for, aint got time or energy to write anymore. Maybe someday...

My story is not dead, just taking a long time to type.  And work's not helping...

Thank the gods I've finally finished writing out chapter three. Took longer than it should have and didn't realize how many pages I had filled. All that's left is to type it up, should only take me a day and a half.
