@eternityei try stretching them when they’re wet, that might do something, when some material is wet it has more stretchabilty, i do it to some of my tshirts that shrink a bit in the wash and stretched my jeans a few times, not sure if it works all that well but worth a try, and when you’re exercising, lie down on the bed or something like that and pedal your legs like you’re on a bike (ridiculous i know, but it causes less constriction that way, i always do it) hope that helps <3
