Kate

Hey everyone! My name is Kate, and I'm seventeen years old. I've loved to write ever since I can remember. My first story was when I was about six, I think, and it was about a fish who escaped being caught by a fisherman. Ever since then, I knew that writing something that I wanted to do with my life. 
A few hobbies of mine are swimming, playing tennis, and hanging out with my friends. I LOVE music with a passion! I have really random taste, too- it ranges from newer pop music to Spanish music to country to rock to indie-rock... I'll pretty much listen to anything, to be honest. I am a cat person at heart. My cat's name is Ellie, and I also have a dog named Willa. I am a Disney lover, and therefore a romantic at heart. I love movies.  I devour books; I read so much, it drives my parents and friends crazy.  Some of my all time favorite books are Harry Potter (of course), Lord of the Rings, Pride and Prejudice,  the Outsiders,  Of Mice and Men, and the Hunger Games. 
I am a HUGE Marvel nerd! I love the Avengers so much! I've seen every movie and I can't wait for the Age of Ultron! I have to say that  I think my favorite has to be the first Captain America. 
I appreciate anyone who checks out my stories. Every time I see that someone has read it, it just makes me happy that someone hopefully enjoyed something that I wrote. I am on this website to try to get better at writing, so I welcome feedback and constructive criticism! Thanks :)
