Dr. Cuyler Goodwin is also a health and wellness aficionado. He has competed in the Wildflower Triathlon in San Luis Obispo, California, on numerous occasions, and regularly exercises on his own by going on walks and enjoying other outdoor activities in and around his neighborhood. He urges people to remember that regular exercise isn't just important for physical health - it also plays a very important role in overall mental health. Walking for as little as 15 minutes per day can significantly impact the grand scheme.
