PESSYP (PESSCL) Strategy - The Increase in Physical Education

 Since they were introduced in 1997, college sports have grown in number, and one could argue that they have transformed the shape of education in England, opened the way for special schools. The introduction of the strategy PESSCL subsequently saw the introduction of school sports partnerships, which now cover all public schools in England.
