HI!

I'm Courtney. I'm a singer, drummer, reader, blogger, college student...the list goes on. I guess I can now add "aspiring writer" to that list as well. I'm currently a sophomore in college, where I'm majoring in English and minoring in Film/Screen Studies. I love writing plays and screenplays, and I'm working on turning some of them into full-length novels. My favorite books are young adult and new adult contemporary romance, which is also the genre that I mostly write.

I'm currently writing my first book, titled "Ditch Day." It follows two seniors, Zoey Davis and Carter Fuller, throughout their senior ditch day. I'll start posting more chapters in 2019, but for now you can read chapter 1! Let me know what you think :)

If high school aged characters aren't your thing, don't worry! I also have a college series in the works, as well as some other books that I'm dying to write, so if YouTubers, musicians, filmmakers (and more!) are your thing, just be patient with me! I'm getting there.
