I'm an aspiring writer working as a cashier at Walmart. The mountains are my inspiration for my settings. Writing is in my blood. My grandfather was a journalist for a local paper back home in Virginia. He also was a civilian journalist for the military. I knew at 14 years old that I wanted to be a writer. In English class, we had to write a descriptive short story. I was the only one that got an A+++ on mine. My English teacher even said that it was so descriptive that she felt like she was in my story.
I call the mountains of Colorado home now. I'm originally from Virginia but lived in Colorado for almost 13 years. And when I write, I'm usually barefoot and listening to music.
