          so i have 7th (last period) p.e, and today we were running the cross country run which in my school is 3 miles. we had to run it in under 23 mins ( i got 19, yayyy)
          
          BUT 
          
          it was 90 damn degrees today and my friend drank allll of my friend while i was gone since she finished before me
          
          i don’t run good in the heat so i started feeling nauseous 
          
          and i THREW UP IN FRONT OF EVERYONE ON THE TRACK.
