My name is Jessica Freeze. I'm a winter spirit that control the stars as well, can hear the childrens wishes, and does my best to grant them. Wishes is what I protect in children. 

I look like the female Jack frost, but with a white hoody, black pants and a silver staff with a blue gem on top.
Little Star helps me connect to all the other stars. Little Star is now currently dating Meadow, Rapunzel's nightfurry.
