This person is not the original author and is actually rather despicable. Instead of writing her own stories, she decides to steal them instead. She could have recommended the stories on her conversation thread instead of trying to publish them and receive all the credit for work she hasn't done. You may try to argue that she put a disclaimer on the work, that doesn't make any difference. It's like me stealing a published work, posting it onto my account, putting a disclaimer, and hoping that my account doesn't get pulled because of a DMCA report.
