I would write first how they will see Nezuko as a threat since they don't know anything about her and her origins. All series have their main problems I guess so in the following story, I would note how they have to deal with the problems meanwhile they will encounter new people or relationships I guess. At the same time, Nezuko might accompany them until they also find a way back to her world so she could return.
