          If SOMEBODY ((except your parents lol)) forcefully wants you to have meal in their home...and you really don't want...just give them a straight forward "No" and be Stern in it....
          
          Your single hesitation can spoil your entire health ((AT TIMES)) and makes you bed ridden... your daily routine will get spoiled into a chaotic mess and all your goals would be down ....
          
          A single 'No' is better for a worrying 'Yes'
