It feels like it's been a long time coming, but I do have some updates on Unforgivably Ruined for you all. It's been intense the entire journey, but it's about to get a little bit more heated. ;) Enjoy!

TwistedSisters29

I won't lie, my lovelies, I'm getting pretty excited to start Book 3 of the One Mistake Away Series. Unforgivably Ruined is nearing it's end. Where one story ends, another continues. Of course if you love the characters you'll be reading more about them. Their story is not done just yet. ;)

So for the heck of it, I posted a new chapter to Even If You Stop Believing. I'm not technically working on this story at the moment since my focus is on finishing up Unforgivably Ruined, but since EIYSB has gotten some attention I figured I might as well throw up a new chapter. Enjoy, my beauties <3

          .
He growled at my quick moves, mumbling as he rolled his eyes. “Maybe I am getting old.”
          .
Quietly chuckling, I cautiously stepped into the house. I eyed up the arrow and crossbow once again before ducking under the string. Looking back at my driver, I arched a brow. “Coming?”
          .
Shaking his head he sighed, taking a step forward. “You know why I like being your driver, Siobhan?”
          .
“Because I’m cute and pleasant to talk to?” I looked back at him before taking another step forward, eyeing up the staircase in front of me.
          .
“Because you don’t usually put me in danger. I like staying alive.” He eyed up around us, taking in the arrow and crossbow as well. “But it does help that you’re cute and pleasant.”
          .
“Ah, I figured that was the underlying point.” I winked at him, quietly laughing. My laugh hitched in my throat as I took in someone tied to a chair in the kitchen. I glanced back at Andrew to see if he saw it too. Once his gaze followed mine, I pulled my gun in front of me, stepping toward the room.
          .
Brown eyes met mine, wide and half-crazed. Tape was over his mouth, his hands tied behind the chair with his ankles tied to the legs. I recognized the dark, curly hair.
          .
“Uh, boss.” Andrew’s hesitant voice had me spinning around.
          .
I kept my gun up high as I peered around my driver and at the gun pointing at his head. Swallowing, I tried to keep my fluctuating heartbeat from pounding out of my chest. I couldn’t see who was holding the gun yet. “I promised I’d keep him alive. Don’t make me a liar.”
          .
          .
          .
Unforgivably Ruined Chapter 9 (Don't Make Me A Liar) is now up. Enjoy, my lil buttercups <3

          .
“You think I would have told you no?” He filled in the blanks, his shoulders remaining tight.
          .
“As a matter of fact, yes. I think you would have.” I watched him carefully, letting out a slow breath.
          .
“And you would have been right.” His jaw ticked, his blue eyes waging a war in them that he refused to completely open up to with me.
          .
“It’s my job to do this without attachment, Connor. I can do this without becoming emotional.” I studied him carefully as his blue eyes glanced at me briefly.
          .
“And you don’t think I can?” He asked, his voice hard. “I’ve been a part of the Irish Mob since I was child, Joanner. I’ve been in tough situations. I’ve done this practically my entire life. Much longer than O’Sullivan. I bleed Irish and I would bleed for our family. I don’t want to see Sylvy hurt, but do you honestly think I would put her above family?”
          .
          .
          .
Do you think Smitty would put Sylvy above his family? Guess we'll find out. Warning, this is a SMUTTY chapter ;)
          .
Unforgivably Ruined Chapter 8 (I've Missed You). Enjoy, Peaches :) <3

Letting out a heavy breath, I looked up at my second in command. “I gave Joanna free range here, Smitty. If you need to sit this one out…” I let my words die away as I was met with his wide-eyed glare.
          .
“You did what?” He growled aggressively, his shoulders tightening as he stepped closer to me. His massiveness crowded my space.
          .
Lifting my chin, I broadened my shoulders. Spacing my legs apart, I prepared to put him in his place. “We’re both too close to her. Paddy’s in the hospital and only God knows what else she’s done. It’s time to let the Veil take over.”
          .
“The Veil.” Smitty scoffed, twisting around as he shook his head. He turned back toward me, ignoring his wife. “This is our problem. We deal with this.”
          .
“The decision’s all ready been made.” I stared him down, my voice chilling over. “End of discussion.”
          .
His nostril twitched, I could see the anger building in him. He worked his jaw before raking his hands through his hair.
          .
“Connor.” Joanna drew his attention to her.
          .
“Don’t.” He glowered at her. “I’m not happy with you right now.”
          .
“Tough. This is how things need to be done. She has to know where our son is.” She wasn’t going to baby him; she went straight for the jugular with her tone.
          .
Smitty let out a short, huffy laugh. He shook his head at the two of us. “You call her being of clear mind? She’s going to kill her. Sylvy doesn’t deserve that.”
          .
“I make the final call, Smitty.” I breathed calmly, knowing it was my place to make the call. I was the Queen here. Her death would be on my hands if that were what was chosen.
          .
          .
Things are getting a little heated in Chapter 7 (I Make The Final Call) of Unforgivably Ruined. Enjoy, my lovelies! :)
