She couldn't help but turn her head away when he uttered those two words. Her bottom lip was shaking and she got that familiar tickle in her nose. She was about to lose it all, every single part of herself was about to self-destruct. She silently tugged in a breath, her body shaking, her heart squeezing itself from the pain. She felt two, three tears fall from each eye. He touched her shoulder, the shuddering more violent. "You okay?" He repeated again. But she just gave up. She slumped her shoulders, her hands flailing over her mouth, trying to trap the sobs that were about to escape from her lips. She sniffed several times, trying so desperately to stop the waterfall of raindrops falling from her eyes. "I-I'm fine." She stuttered, her breath hitching in her throat. She was such a liar.
