Okay, so apparently, my last "About Me" section was too nonchalant and self-deprecating for my friend's liking. So, under much abuse, I'm going to make a more defined "About Me." 

For starters, my name is Madison. If you don't understand why, check out my LiveJournal account in the profile section, I explain it there. 
As for age, let's just say I'm in the teenager range. (Much to my mother's horror.) 

I started writing fanfiction -- mostly Twilight -- on a dare from a friend, since I love reading and writing poetry so much. They said it was good, so I posted it on FanFiction(dot)net. And the rest is history! 

Since I *am* a student, I don't have all the time in the world for writing. My studies *do* have to come first. (Hey, it's hard studying to become a criminal psychologist!) So if it's a while before any updates, know it's not because I don't want to, simply because I don't have the time. 

Other things? I have two brothers who drive me up the wall. I've rescued six cats and found homes for them. I am an artist. (I use that term loosely.) I love all things that inspire creativity. I love photography, painting, sketching and playing my guitar. 

Favorite authors? Margaret Peterson Haddix, Alice Sebold, Ellen Hopkins, Lois Lowery, Harper Lee, John Steinbeck, Shakespeare, any of the Bronte sisters, and many, *many* more. 

Favorite books? To Kill a Mockingbird, Othello, The Lovely Bones, Jane Eyre, The Shadow Children series, Dracula, Wicked Lovely, the Crank series, the Twilight Saga, East of Eden, and again, *many* more.
