Btw, my mom asked me once what I would need to raise a kid

“Financial stability, a house, and if I have more than one kid, time for allotted for each of them”

And can someone tell me why she looked so surprised?
I mean, her sisters raised their kids on their own, one of them had four kids and raised them on her own for the most part

Of course I do, I was forced to babysit kids?-
