So, I just learnt about a few… rather disturbing ships. Let’s just say I want to puke in the corner. For about ten hours.
~Azula/Zuko (WTF THEY’RE SIBLINGS!!!)
~Grady/Keefe (Age difference much? And who even THOUGHT this was a good idea!!)
~Katara/Ozai (Do I really have to say anything?)
~Artemis/Zoë (They’re both maidens. Zoë, like, worships Artemis. If anything Artemis thinks of Zoë as her daughter)
~Percy/Blackjack (Hmm, a demigod and a Pegasus. I mean, not the weirdest thing to even happen in Greek mythology…)
~Sokka/Korra (AGE DIFFERENCE AGAIN, and I’m pretty sure the only time Sokka even met Korra was when she was a baby)
~Silveny/Sophie (What is my life at this point)
Honestly people, how do you even come up with these things? I’m seriously concerned for all the fandoms mentioned above.

Question to all you fellow writer out there: What’s the most you’ve ever stepped out of your comfort zone while writing?
Personally, I’m a short story writer that like to make darker twists on stories, so my longer book I’ll See You Again When I Escape was really hard for me to write. I’ve also dabbled in more comedic stories, but it almost always comes out sounding like schist.

@Stardust_in_the_Sea I think it was murder and horror, for me. I remember writing a short story where I was trying to make it about dark creatures that prowl a village at night and prey on innocent civilians - it was a little difficult at first but I think it worked out alright in the end. I think imagining the scenes in my mind and putting myself in the characters' positions helped me a lot.

@Alastor-rulz Sorry, im actually on a quick break between a bunch of exams. They started at five today and continue until tomorrow-ish. Won’t be in for the rest of the day and likely not tomorrow.
